Martin Jenkins

Martin Jenkins is the founder and CEO of Oxford Place. He lectures on "Family Dynamics" at Columbia University, New York and on "Performance Psychology" at Harvard and Cambridge Universities. Martin enables individuals and family groups to positively transform their decision-making capabilities in order to successfully transition wealth to the next generation. This is done by advising patriarchs and mentoring heirs to understand the key behavioral changes required to resolve conflict and pass wealth on successfully. In addition to working with wealthy families, Martin has worked with the leaders of global financial institutions to increase their performance, including Blackstone Group, JP Morgan, Apax Partners, Citadel Group, TPG Capital, Goldman Sachs, Permira and a number of major Sovereign Wealth Funds.
